To order from L’atelier de Pénélope, please fill in the registration form in the “my account” section. All fields marked with an asterisk must be completed.
You must choose a payment method. If you choose “against payment”, you will need to print out your confirmed order form and send it by post with your cheque (please wait for confirmation). If you choose to pay by VISA or Mastercard, please call the store to give us your number and expiry date. All information is used by L’atelier de Pénélope only for your purchases from this electronic catalog.
You will only need to complete the registration form once if your contact details remain unchanged, but please keep them up to date. If you need to make changes: access your account with your password and make the necessary changes. You will receive a confirmation.
Also, please read and accept the terms and conditions of sale, which are mandatory for your safety and that of L’atelier de Pénélope.
Order online
It’s very simple: you navigate through the sections that interest you by clicking on the name of the section or on the photo that represents it. When you’re interested in an item, enter the quantity you want (a number) in the corresponding box, then click on the “Add to basket” button.
If you need more than one item on the same page, enter the quantities for each of the selected items and then click on the “add to basket” button at the end of each page. When you have finished shopping, click on the “Proceed to checkout” button and follow the instructions.
On the order form page, you can change quantities, delete items or add new ones.
The order form comes with a box in which you can leave us notes; please condense your request to 350 characters.
Finally, we ask you to be accommodating for the first year, as we’ll have to adjust according to demand.
Important note for all photos of items featured in the catalog: no item sold is accompanied by the framing, finishing material or other decorative item featured in the photo illustrating it, unless so indicated. Furthermore, the items offered are for the “construction” of embroidered pieces, in no case (unless otherwise stated) are you buying the finished product, embroidered, executed, etc. We sell the materials you need to make the items shown.
